Customer Service Transport

Function

For the vacancy of Customer Service Transport at our client you will be responsible for the following tasks:

• You will manage a client portfolio where you will be the first line of enquiry
• You properly analyse the customer's demand and requirements and look for a tailor-made solution in consultation with the planning department
• Administrative handling and file management are also part of your responsibilities
• You will work in a dynamic team with your colleagues and support each other as back-up

Profile

For the vacancy of Customer Service Transport at our client, you recognise yourself in the following competencies:

• You have completed studies within logistics or supply chain or have a first successful experience as Customer Service
• You can express yourself professionally in Dutch and English
• You deal responsibly with flexible hours and can also bring yourself up to cope with permanency one day until 7.30pm
• You are customer-oriented, communicatively strong and can work well in a team
• You are stress-resistant and can cope with busy moments
