Customer advisor

Function

As a customer advisor, you are the first point of contact for customers. You are a commercial all-rounder with a basic understanding of all areas of banking. Through your customer-focused approach, you aim to identify opportunities using both a proactive and reactive strategy, further develop day-to-day banking services and refer customers to specialist colleagues.

In addition, you will be responsible for welcoming customers and providing them with digital support.

Profile

• You have a great interest at financial products;
• Commercial disposition;
• Excellent command of the Dutch language in speech and writing;
• Experience within the sector or sent in a economics;
• The ideal candidate demonstrates the ability to perform under pressure;
• You are fluent with digital applications;
• Get on well with colleagues but still, just that a touch of independence to take charge of your own cases;

For our client, a major bank, we are currently looking for a Customer Advisor. You will be joining an established company in the region that is known for its excellent customer service. The office has a flat structure and commercial drive and team spirit are key.
