Customer Service Employee

Function

For the vacancy of Customer Service Assistant at our client, you will be responsible for the following range of tasks:

• You will be responsible for liaising with your client portfolio and the planning department
• You will work closely with three direct colleagues and act as a backup for one another
• You will enter the necessary data correctly into the ERP system and complete your administrative tasks
• You will respond to emails and phone calls from customers and proactively seek suitable solutions
• If there are any errors, you will need to check in the warehouse yourself to see whether your products have actually been dispatched

Profile

For the vacancy of Customer Service Assistant at our client, you recognise yourself in the following competencies:

• You’ve had your first positive experience dealing with customers
• You are able to express yourself professionally in Dutch, English and, preferably, French as well
• You are customer-focused and enjoy solving problems
• You’re comfortable using Microsoft Office, and you’re not put off by an ERP system
