Customer service representative

Function

As a customer service officer, you will be responsible for the following range of tasks;

• You will be responsible for the administrative processing of claim files and related invoices in compliance with international laws (CMR etc...), general sales conditions and rules of the art;
• You draft liability letters within the legal deadlines towards external service providers in case of damage;
• You are responsible for damage control through emergency sales and destruction;
• You will have direct contact with various departments within our company, branches, customers and service providers to investigate and complete files;
• You liaise with customers and suppliers regarding orders;
• You may elaborate procedures and training documents in the area of damage prevention in consultation with the quality department and put this into practice among our employees.

Profile

Are you the customer service representative we are looking for?

• You master NL and FR fluently spoken and written // ENG dare to use // other languages are an added bonus;
• You are service and customer-focused;
• Fluent communicator in dealing with both external and internal staff;
• You can be flexible;
• Being solution-oriented is you;
• You have initial experience as a logistics clerk/customer service, in the industry is a nice plus;
• You can work a variety of hours: 08:00-16:00 / 08:30-16:30/ 09:00-17:00.
