Function

Are you a problem solver at heart and energised by customer contact? Then the role of Customer Service Employee Transport Backline in Ternat suits you down to the ground! In this temporary position, you will be the point of contact for SME customers and handle the more complex questions that cannot be solved by your first-line colleagues. Together with internal departments, you work on customer files, ensure flawless follow-up and solve problems efficiently. Do you think there is always room for improvement for the customer? Then you are the person we are looking for! Work flexible hours between 8 am and 6 pm and work your customer-oriented magic every day.

  • Handle more complex customer queries by collaborating with various internal departments.
  • Function as a second point of contact for SME customers in your region.
  • Keep customers informed and follow up their queries professionally.
  • Work on a rotating shift schedule.
  • Contribute to higher customer satisfaction and good cooperation.

Profile

Can you speak three languages while drinking a cup of coffee AND completing a customer dossier? Perfect, because those are the skills we need. Our ideal profile is as follows:

  • Language node: You communicate fluently in Dutch, French and English.
  • Experience: Experience in customer service, logistics or administration is a big plus.
  • Flexibility: Varying working hours? No problem for you!
  • Customer-focused: You always go the extra mile for the customer.
  • Team spirit: You enjoy working collaboratively but can prioritise independently.
  • Solution-oriented: Problems? You see them as opportunities to shine!
