In this temporary position, you will be the point of contact for SME customers and handle the more complex questions that cannot be solved by your first-line colleagues. Together with internal departments, you work on customer files, ensure flawless follow-up and solve problems efficiently. Do you think there is always room for improvement for the customer? • Handle more complex customer queries by collaborating with various internal departments.

Profile
