Do you really want to make a difference for businesses and the self-employed? As a Business Insurance Manager, you are the permanent point of contact for your customer portfolio. You provide entrepreneurs with tailor-made advice, manage their insurance files from A to Z and work together with account managers towards the best results. You maintain intensive, high-quality contacts: no cold calling, but long-term relationship building. You:

• Assists customers by phone and e-mail with their insurance questions
• Accurately handles administrative follow-up via BRIO
• Analyses policy conditions and finds the best solutions for your customer
• Coordinates with insurance partners to ensure optimal coverage
• Supports the office manager, with room to grow and specialise

Profile

Are you commercial and advisory, administratively strong and do you get energy from customer contact? Then you will definitely feel at home here! Your drive and sense of responsibility prevail, relevant experience counts. Furthermore, you recognise yourself in these characteristics:

• Strong customer focus and careful relationship management
• Sufficient sense of responsibility and initiative
• Administratively accurate and structured
• Proud of your work and always striving for the best service
• You work independently but also enjoy building a close-knit team
• Open to a diverse working environment, degree and origin are side issues
• Experience with BOAR insurance and BRIO is a plus
• You speak Dutch fluently - knowledge of French is an added advantage
• You have a bachelor's level of thinking
