Customer advisor
Function
As a customer advisor, you will take charge of managing your client portfolio.
You:
- answers ad hoc enquiries from customers;
- monitors your clients’ tax situation;
- identifies tax and financial optimisation opportunities;
- provides clients with timely advice on important decisions;
- carries out interim closings;
- analyses the figures and translates them into clear insights;
- discusses results with clients;
- contributes ideas on their future and business operations;
- builds a lasting relationship of trust with your customers.
So you’re given the opportunity to look not just at the figures, but also at the story behind them. The aim is for customers to be able to turn to you not only when something needs to be sorted out, but above all when they need someone to bounce ideas off.
Profile
We’re looking for someone who enjoys working with figures and people.
- You have a solid grounding in accountancy and taxation.
- You are customer-focused and enjoy building long-term relationships.
- You have an analytical mindset and are able to spot opportunities.
- You like to contribute ideas and take the initiative.
- You are a good communicator and can explain financial information clearly.
- You work independently, but you also thrive as part of a team.
- You have an eye for detail without losing sight of the bigger picture.
- You are open to digitalisation and modern accounting software.
