Function

Our client is a dynamic bank branch with a young and enthusiastic team, operating in two locations.

What will you do?

As a Credit Adviser, you will guide customers in their financial plans. Mortgage loans in particular are the core of your job, but consumer loans may also come up. You are close to the customer, think along with them, look for solutions and ensure that files run smoothly and correctly.

You:

• Gets responsibility for your own credit files
• analyses requests and provides clear, personal advice
• works without hard-selling or cold calling, but with initiative and entrepreneurship
• switches smoothly within a team where everyone supports each other

Profile

• You have at least 1-2 years' experience in loans (mortgage or consumer loans).
• You are hands-on, customer-oriented and like to think about how things can be done better.
• You feel good in an open, informal working atmosphere where you are given a lot of space.
