Credit Counsellor

Function

As a Credit Advisor, you assist customers with their credit applications and find the right solution for their situation. You are the one who sees opportunities, switches quickly and brings files to a successful conclusion.

What you will do:

• Actively advise clients on mortgage loans and consumer loans.
• Analyse financial situations and exploit commercial opportunities.
• Follow up files from request to approval.
• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure smooth service.
• Monitor market developments and proactively respond to new opportunities.

Profile

What we ask

• Minimum 2 years' experience as a Credit Advisor or similar position in the banking or finance sector.
• Thorough knowledge of credit products and understanding of financial services.
• Commercially minded, proactive and results-oriented.
• Analytical, customer-oriented and communicatively strong.
