Credit advisor

Function

As a Credit Adviser, you will be the point of contact for private customers seeking advice on their financing projects. You will listen to their needs and devise a credit solution that is perfectly tailored to their circumstances.

Your duties will include:

• Assisting customers with mortgages, renovation loans and consumer loans.
• Analysing clients’ financial situations and drawing up bespoke credit proposals.
• Guiding customers through the entire loan process, from the initial simulation to signing the agreement.
• Proactively monitoring credit files and processing them administratively.
• Identifying further opportunities and advising customers on additional banking and insurance products.
• Building long-term customer relationships based on trust and personalised advice.
• Working together with colleagues across the various areas of expertise to provide the best possible support to the client.

Profile

For this role, we are looking for a customer-focused adviser who has a commercial mindset and enjoys working alongside clients to find solutions.

You ideally possess:

• A bachelor’s degree or relevant experience in the banking or financial sector.
• Some initial experience in lending, banking or financial services would be an advantage, but motivated entry-level candidates with a keen interest are also welcome to apply.
• Interest in mortgages and financial products.
• Strong communication skills and a customer-oriented attitude.
• A commercial mindset without a pronounced sales-oriented approach.
• A sense of responsibility and attention to detail.
• A proactive and eager-to-learn attitude.
