Our client - an independent insurance broker - is looking for a Dossier Administrator to join their team.
You will join a stable, warm and modern office where everyone knows each other by name and where there is room to learn, grow and be yourself.
What will you do?
In this role, you will be the indispensable link between customers, companies and account managers.
You ensure that files are followed up to perfection and that clients can blindly rely on your expertise.
Specifically:
- You will manage and process business insurance files.
- You will support the account managers in their customer follow-up and prepare appointments.
- You will follow up offers, policies and adjustments administratively.
- You will liaise with companies and clients to ensure each file is handled correctly and in a timely manner.
- You think critically and ensure that the team can work efficiently.
In short: you make sure that entrepreneurs can focus fully on their business, because you manage their insurances flawlessly.
Profile
- You have experience in insurance (corporate) or in a banking environment with corporate customers.
- You work accurately and like structure.
- You are customer-oriented and feel comfortable in a supportive role.
- You communicate fluently, both with customers and colleagues.
