Credit advisor

Function

• Advising clients around private loans (focus in start-up)
• Eventually possibility of expansion into professional credit
• Guiding customers through the entire credit process
• Preparation and analysis of financing files (incl. scoring)
• Collection and follow-up of all necessary information and documents
• Actively thinking along with colleagues to arrive at the best solution for the customer
• Weekly meetings with the credit team to discuss cases and share knowledge
• Sensing customer needs and deploying comprehensive advice in cooperation with colleagues

Profile

• Experience within credit is a strong asset
• You are communicative and customer-focused
• You work accurately and keep an overview of complex dossiers
• You are commercially minded, without being pushy
• You enjoy working in a team and are open to consultation and feedback
• You are willing to undergo training and grow further in your role

Organisation

Our client is an independent bank branch with a team of some 13 employees, active within banking and insurance. Within the credit team, the focus is on quality customer support, where personal contact and trust are key. The branch combines expertise with an approach that is accessible and deliberately aims to remain small-scale.
