Credit Advisor

Function

You don't have to be a seasoned credit expert yet. But you do need to know where you want to go.

As a Credit Advisor, you will grow into a role where you guide clients through one of their most important financial decisions. You will start broadly, getting to know the office from the inside and evolving towards a stronger focus on credits.

You will be given confidence, but also responsibility. This is where you pull the cart yourself.

Tasks:

• Advising customers around credit solutions (consumer loans, home loans, etc.)
• Analysing files and estimating repayment capacity
• Preparation and follow-up of credit applications
• Support in the wider banking and insurance offering
• Actively thinking along with customers and responding to their needs
• Building and maintaining long-term relationships
• Independent follow-up and completion of files

Profile

We are not looking for a “wait-and-see profile”, but someone who takes initiative and wants to move forward.

You recognise yourself (largely) in the following:

• Bachelor level of thinking or equivalent through experience
• Interest in credit and financial products
• Starter with potential or relevant experience
• You work independently and take responsibility
• You are assertive and dare to take a stand
• Proactive: you don't wait, you take initiative
• You have drive and want to prove yourself
• You communicate fluently in Dutch and can cope well in French
