Credit Advisor

Function

The focus is strongly on mortgage loans and other financing for private individuals. You don't need to be constantly looking for new clients here: the credit applications come in. Your expertise lies primarily in the correctly analysing, structuring and following up on those files.

Specifically:

• You primarily handle mortgage loans for private customers.
• In addition, you take on professional loans and instalment loans.
• You analyse credit applications and map out the client's financial situation and repayment capacity.
• You gather the necessary information and documents and ensure that files are compiled completely and correctly.
• You guide clients through the credit process and keep them informed of progress.
• You closely monitor ongoing files and keep track of the necessary deadlines.
• You collaborate with colleagues to handle files efficiently.

Profile

This is a role for someone who has already built up their credit knowledge. You don't need to be a commercial go-getter, but you do need to be confident enough to process a large volume of files independently.

• You have relevant experience within creditThis is an important requirement for this role.
• You have a good knowledge of mortgage loans and preferably also of professional loans and/or instalment loans.
• A PCP certificate is preferably present. PCP in training is open for discussion.
• You work accurately and maintain oversight, even when several files require your attention simultaneously.
• You are resilient under pressure and can handle a demanding workload well.
• You are a true team player and enjoy working together towards shared results.
• You are easy to get along with, friendly and approachable.
• You are more down-to-earth than hierarchically minded.
• You speak excellent Dutch. Knowledge of French is a bonus, but not an absolute requirement.
• You are someone who simply takes pride in doing a good job and is not put off by a fully packed range of responsibilities.
