Construction planner

Function

• You will be responsible for the full preparation and implementation of various construction projects
• You will study plans, technical specifications and bills of quantities in detail
• You will draw up implementation files and work instructions
• You draw up clear schedules and follow them to the letter
• You liaise with suppliers, subcontractors and the project team
• You will prepare technical data sheets and purchase orders
• You will support the site management team during the construction process
• You will ensure that work is prepared in a structured and efficient manner

In this role, you will work closely with colleagues from departments including project management, cost estimation and site operations. You will be given a great deal of responsibility for your own projects, but you can also count on excellent support and teamwork.

Profile

• You have a qualification in the construction sector or have gained equivalent practical experience
• You work in a systematic and meticulous manner, with an eye for detail
• You think a few steps ahead and keep a clear overview during busy periods
• You like to take the lead and show initiative in your projects
• You interact easily with various colleagues and partners and communicate clearly
• You are interested in the technical preparation and development of construction projects

Experience as a work planner is an advantage, but not essential. Above all, we place great value on your motivation and positive attitude to work. You’ll ensure that all parties involved are well prepared to start their work and maintain a clear overview, even when things get busy.
