Function

As a Project Manager, you ensure that the various construction sites run smoothly and efficiently from start to finish. You combine site supervision with planning, administration and customer liaison

• Coordinating and monitoring various construction sites
• Managing workers, foremen and subcontractors
• Drawing up and monitoring the schedule
• Tracking orders and price purchases
• Maintaining contact with clients and construction partners
• Attending site and project meetings
• Monitoring administration and reporting
• Resolving technical issues on site
• Monitoring quality, timing and implementation
• Using AutoCAD for simple plans and sketches
• Monitoring surveys and setting-out work

Profile

You’re someone who likes to be in charge and keep track of things, even when there’s a lot going on across several sites at once. With your knowledge of the construction industry and your communicative approach, you ensure that colleagues, clients and partners know exactly where they stand

• Experience in the construction sector, preferably in site or project management
• Technical and practical insight; strong at planning and organising
• Being able to adapt quickly and set priorities
• Communicative and customer-oriented
• Being able to tackle problems independently
• Be able to work well with labourers, foremen and subcontractors
• Flexible and keen to be on site
• A good knowledge of Dutch; French would be an advantage
• Knowledge of AutoCAD would be an advantage
• Experience with surveying, setting out or using a laser is an added bonus

The company works mainly for property developers, architects, contractors and industrial clients, and operates in West and East Flanders and Hainaut.
