Do you enjoy variety and do you like finding solutions for every customer?

• You will welcome customers in the showroom and advise them on their choice of tiles, pavers and other building materials, for both indoor and outdoor projects.
• When speaking to customers and suppliers on the phone, you always respond in a friendly and professional manner.
• At the counter, you’ll help customers with their purchases and answer their questions.
• You will draw up bespoke quotations and ensure that the administrative follow-up runs smoothly.
• You place orders with suppliers and monitor them closely until everything has been delivered correctly.
• Issuing delivery notes is also part of your duties.
• You will ensure that administrative tasks are carried out efficiently and accurately in Excel and Word.
• You switch quickly and flexibly between different tasks, always with a focus on service and quality.

• You have an excellent command of spoken and written Dutch; you are also able to express yourself well in English and French.
