Your function

In this varied role, you will combine commercial advice with administrative follow-up. You will be a key point of contact for clients and ensure that they can count on accurate and personalised service.

Your duties will include:

• You advise private customers on their insurance needs and suggest suitable solutions.
• You build a long-term relationship with customers and actively work with them to find solutions.
• You identify commercial opportunities and take the initiative in pursuing them.
• You will handle applications, quotations, amendments and other insurance files.
• You will monitor files meticulously from an administrative perspective and ensure they are processed correctly.
• You will answer customers’ enquiries and assist them with their insurance claims.
• You will work closely with your colleagues to provide customers with a comprehensive, high-quality service.

Profile

In addition:

• you should ideally have at least two years’ experience in the insurance sector;
• Do you have a good knowledge of insurance products for private individuals;
