Your function

As a Commercial Insurance Advisor, you will be responsible for following up and further developing existing customer relationships.

No cold calls: you work with a broad portfolio of more than 3,500 clients and get warm leads delivered directly through marketing campaigns.

You will combine commercial customer contact with the administrative follow-up of your own files.

Your range of tasks:

• Contacting customers and advising them on their insurance needs
• Seeing opportunities within the existing customer portfolio
• Follow up files administratively from A to Z
• Assisting both individuals and businesses (approximately 70% - 30%)

You will build lasting relationships and become a trusted point of contact for your customers.

Profile

Who are we looking for?

• Bachelor - field of study is less important
• Strong commercial acumen and a desire to really help customers
• FSMA certificate or willing to obtain it through self-study
• Experience in the insurance industry is an asset, not a must
• Team-oriented, enthusiastic personality
