For our client, a leading major bank in Belgium, we are looking for an enthusiastic Bank Clerk / Customer Advisor for their Limburg office. Your position as Customer Advisor

As a Customer Advisor Bank, you will be the face of the bank, helping both new and existing customers with their financial questions and needs. Your main tasks are:

• Act as first point of contact for customers and advise them professionally.
• Actively approaching customers, inviting them for talks and identifying commercial opportunities.
• Apply basic knowledge about banking products and insurance, and refer customers to the right experts where necessary.
• Keeping abreast of digital developments within the financial sector and sharing this knowledge with colleagues and customers.
• Maximising customer satisfaction and service.
• Office telephone permanence on a rotating basis, one day or half-day per week.
• In time, advance to a specialisation within the bank, such as investments, loans or insurance.

This position offers you a broad experience within the banking industry, with all the products and systems you need to grow professionally.

Profile

We are looking for a candidate who recognises the following profile:

• You preferably have at least a bachelor's degree or have experience in the banking and insurance sector.
• Customer focus and service are your second nature.
• You are a team player with a commercial mindset.
• Enthusiastic, communicatively strong and flexible.
• Stress-resistant and socially adept, with an independent work ethic.
• You enjoy maintaining contacts and building long-term customer relationships.
