Claims Manager

Function

Are you an experienced claims manager who gets energy from resolving cases and really helping customers?

Then we have a place for you in a professional but warm office where your expertise counts.

Your range of tasks:

• You will manage claims files from A to Z completely independently.
• You will be the main point of contact for customers in claims and guide them through the entire process.
• You will analyse and assess claims, follow up communication with insurers and ensure correct settlement.
• If required, you can also include some production work, but the focus remains on damage.

Profile

You bring experience and a desire to immerse yourself in an office where quality and customer focus go hand in hand.

• You have experience as a claims manager with an insurance broker.
• You are communicatively strong and can speak to customers in a clear and empathetic manner.
• You work accurately and in an organised way.
• You are fluent in Dutch, knowledge of French is a plus.
