Claims Manager

As claims manager, you will assist customers from A to Z in their claims. You are their permanent point of contact and ensure correct and customer-friendly follow-up of the entire file.

Your range of tasks:

• first point of contact for customers in case of claims (by phone, e-mail or in the office)
• start-up, analysis and follow-up of claims files
• liaising with insurers, experts and other interested parties
• Following up on communication and ensuring smooth handling
• advising customers on their rights, their policy coverage and next steps

We are looking for someone with initial experience in claims management or in the insurance sector. You do not need to be an expert, but you do know what a claim report entails and how to follow up a file. Furthermore, you are customer-oriented, accurate and strong in communication.

What do we expect from you?

• you have a bachelor's degree (or equivalent through experience)
• you have initial work experience in insurance, ideally claims management
• you communicate clearly, professionally and friendly
• you work independently and in a structured way
• you think in a solution-oriented way and keep a cool head in stressful situations
