Claims Manager

Function

As a Claims Manager at this firm, you can expect the following range of duties:

• You combine claims management with underwriting in the insurance sector.
• Analysing claims files and gathering the necessary information and supporting documents.
• To keep customers informed about the progress of their claim and to support them throughout the entire claims process.
• Ensuring that cases are dealt with correctly and in a timely manner.
• Ensuring that all production activities are correctly recorded in the accounts.

Profile

To fulfil this role with flair, you’ll recognise yourself in the following:

• You have a bachelor's degree in an economics field.
• You have experience as a claims handler at an estate agent’s.
• You are already familiar with the Brio management software.
• You have excellent communication skills and are a great team player.
