Claims Manager

Function

As a claims handler, you are the main point of contact for customers when a claim arises.

Your duties will include:

• Managing and processing claims from start to finish
• Recording, analysing and assessing claims files
• Maintaining contact with customers, insurers, experts and other relevant parties
• Advising clients throughout the entire claims process
• Processing and following up on files in an administratively correct manner
• Active management of a client portfolio
• Help us explore ways to optimise claims management processes

Profile

As a claims manager, we are looking for someone with the following qualities:

• Bachelor level of thinking or equivalent through experience
• At least some initial experience in claims management, insurance or claims handling
• Knowledge of insurance products and claims processes
• Strong communication skills
• Accurate and administratively strong
• A proactive attitude and a sense of responsibility
• A positive attitude and a healthy dose of team spirit
