- Developing and optimising efficient implementation methods.
- Calculating, ordering and monitoring the necessary materials, including price negotiations.
- Drafting and managing the overall project schedule and various sub-plans.
- Monitoring the progress of works and tracking project costs.
- Administrative support and follow-up of the entire construction file.
- Coordination and communication with recruitment teams during implementation.
- Coordinating contacts between external parties and the internal project team.
Profile
For this as a Work Planner, we are looking for an experienced professional with a strong background in civil infrastructure projects and an entrepreneurial mindset.
- You have at least five years of relevant experience;
- Ideally within large-scale civil works.
- Thanks to your practical experience, you know how to prepare projects efficiently and set the right priorities.
- You have a thorough knowledge of public procurement and are familiar with related legislation and procedures.
- You are someone who thinks and acts proactively, detecting opportunities and taking initiative to improve processes.
- You actively use both internal and external contacts to foster cooperation and realise solutions.
- You communicate fluently and professionally in Dutch, both orally and in writing. Knowledge of additional languages is an added advantage.
- You feel at home in an environment where entrepreneurship, collaboration and innovation are key.
- You actively contribute to a results-oriented team culture and, together with colleagues, push for quality and continuous improvement.
- Finally, you are willing to move around depending on ongoing projects.
