Function

Your duties will include:

• Preparing and drawing up tenders for public and private contracts.
• Analysing specifications and plans.
• Comparing and evaluating quotations from suppliers and contractors.
• Drawing up price comparisons.
• Working with project leaders and senior management to ensure sites are successfully prepared.

Profile

We are looking for a driven professional with a commercial mindset, strong numerical skills and a structured approach to work.

You meet the following requirements:

• At least a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture.
• Between 3 and 5 years’ experience in a relevant role.
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office.
• Analytical thinking and a focus on results.
• Responsible, meticulous and with strong negotiation skills.
• Commercial acumen and an eye for detail.
