Function

As a cost estimator, your responsibilities will include the following:

• Accurate costing for various projects (B2B)
• Preparing quotations based on technical drawings and specifications
• Analysing architectural designs and technical drawings
• Carrying out detailed cost estimates
• Optimising workflows using digital tools
• Actively contribute to the optimisation of projects through your expertise

Profile

We are looking for an enthusiastic person who possesses a combination of technical skills and relevant experience:

• At least 3–5 years’ relevant work experience;
• Able to read technical drawings (required);
• Experience with DWG files, designs and technical drawings;
• Proficient in using AutoCAD or a similar drawing programme;
• Knowledge of specifications;
• A bachelor’s degree in architecture or relevant experience in the finishing sector;
• An affinity for digitalisation, as work is now almost entirely paperless;
• Maturity and a sense of responsibility;
• Experience with Robaws or another construction-specific ERP package is an advantage;
