Business Banker

Function

As a Business Banker, you are the financial sparring partner for SME entrepreneurs. You will help them grow with strong advice on loans, insurance and cash-flow solutions. You will build a sustainable customer portfolio and become the permanent point of contact for entrepreneurs with ambition.

What you will do:

• Your manages and builds further expand its own portfolio of SME clients.
• You will advise entrepreneurs on loans, insurance and other banking solutions (tailored to their plans).
• You proactively detect opportunities: investments, working capital, risk management, optimisations.
• You will work with internal specialists to integrated solutions to offer.
• You will contribute to commercial initiatives as well as high customer satisfaction.

Profile

• You have several years of experience in sales, customer management or the banking/insurance sector.
  • Experience with SME portfolios is a plus, not a must.
• You have at least a bachelor (or equivalent through experience).
• You are commercial and results-oriented, without losing sight of the relationship with the customer.
• You combine analytical insight with a practical, solution-oriented approach.
• You communicate clearly, build trust quickly and negotiate with maturity.
• You are eager to learn and have an interest in financial products and entrepreneurial stories.
