Banking and insurance adviser

Function

• Start-up via a training programme through head office and at the counter and quickly progress to a full-fledged role as a banking and insurance adviser
• Guiding customers in day-to-day banking and introducing them to digital applications
• Scheduling appointments and actively contacting customers
• Advising on BOAR insurance and participating in commercial campaigns
• Managing and growing an existing customer portfolio
• Proactively inviting customers to optimise their package
• First point of contact for claims and proper referral
• Collaborate with colleagues and contribute to the firm's objectives

Profile

• First experience within banking or insurance is a plus
• You are approachable, communicative and customer-oriented
• You dare to take initiative and tackle matters independently
• You are assertive and do not get overwhelmed by customers but at the same time you are a confidant for them
• You work in a structured way and maintain an overview
• You are flexible towards working hours and commitment
• Basic knowledge of French and English
