Project Manager Automation

Function

• You will be managing either one large project or several smaller automation projects at the same time.
• You draw up project plans and monitor scope, timing, budget and quality.
• You will organise and manage project teams comprising between 1 and 5 engineers and external partners.
• You are the point of contact for the client and ensure clear communication and coordination.
• You will chair technical meetings and make decisions at project level.
• You coach and develop team members and encourage a proactive mindset.
• You manage risks and process scope changes through change management.
• You will ensure that safety, quality and environmental standards are upheld throughout the entire project.
• You actively contribute ideas on how to improve methodologies, processes and standards.

Profile

• You have a master’s degree, or a bachelor’s degree with relevant experience.
• You have at least 5 years’ experience in industrial automation.
• You have experience of leading technical projects and managing teams.
• You are familiar with PLC and SCADA systems.
• You’re good at planning, organising and problem-solving.
• You are a fluent communicator and know how to engage stakeholders at various levels.
• You are analytical, decisive and have a hands-on approach.
• You are a true team player with coaching skills.
• You have a strong command of Dutch and French.
