Automation Engineer

Function

• You will supervise technical automation projects from start-up to delivery, working closely with management and external partners.
• Through a thorough analysis, you sharply identify the client's needs and translate them into a feasible project plan.
• You monitor planning, scope and deadlines and make adjustments where necessary.
• Depending on the project, you will take responsibility for software and/or technical development of installations or systems.
• You will coordinate on-site execution, follow up with external partners and actively participate in the realisation yourself.
• During the testing and delivery phase, you will analyse the result, resolve any issues and ensure correct completion.
• Throughout the entire process, you will regularly coordinate with customers, suppliers and other stakeholders.

Profile

• You have a technical education and relevant experience within a project-based, technical environment.
• You feel at home in a multilingual context and communicate fluently in multiple languages.
• You work in a structured and precise manner, even when deadlines are tight and flexibility is required.
• You think analytically and solution-oriented and know how to translate complex issues into workable solutions.
• You are eager to learn, take initiative and are open to a growing role with more responsibility.
