Architectural draftsman

Function

As part of an ambitious and forward-thinking team, you will be responsible for:

• Analysing survey plans and processing survey data.
• Technical drafting of building plans and technical designs.
• Full development of longitudinal and cross-sectional profiles.
• Providing support with planning permission applications.
• Drafting and managing technical documentation.
• Close collaboration with project engineers.
• Working with AutoCAD on a daily basis.
• Working with precision and a keen eye for detail.

Profile

The following qualifications and skills are required:

• A background in construction with strong technical knowledge.
• Experience with AutoCAD is essential; knowledge of Civil 3D is a major advantage.
• You understand and speak Dutch fluently.
• You are meticulous, organised and prioritise quality over speed.
• Working independently is no problem for you; you take the initiative when necessary.
• You are open to continuous development and eager to learn.
• A quiet working environment suits your preferences well.
• Ideally, you will also have experience in civil engineering and sewerage works.
