Structural draftsman infra

Function

Do you have a passion for surveying and drawing? Are you familiar with surveying, boundary markings and subdivisions? Do you enjoy working with drawing programmes such as Pythagoras or AutoCAD Civil 3D? Then this position is for you! As a land surveyor or architectural draftsman, you will be responsible for working out land surveying files, in collaboration with the surveyor and the site team. You will be part of a close-knit team operating in both the public and private sectors.

Your duties will include:

• Drawing out surveying plans, subdivision plans and boundary provisions
• Processing site measurements into correct engineering plans
• Working with professional software such as Pythagoras and/or AutoCAD Civil 3D
• (Optional): support as an auxiliary planner in the field, if interested

Profile

You are an accurate and motivated draftsman with an interest in surveying and/or structural engineering. You have:

• A good knowledge of Dutch (speaking and writing)
• Basic knowledge of surveying or architectural drawings
• Experience with or training in Pythagoras or AutoCAD Civil 3D
• Strong PC skills
• Driving Licence B

Organisation

This type of survey agency is headed by a recognised surveyor-expert. This means it is authorised to draw up official and legally valid documents, such as boundary plans and appraisal reports. Its approach is technically sound, legally compliant and always client-oriented. They also have a specialisation in designing sewers and environmental plans.
