All-round Banking Advisor

Do you want to help customers with their day-to-day banking while expanding your knowledge of the financial sector?

As an All-round Banking Advisor, you will be the first point of contact for customers and guide them through banking transactions, digital applications and financial questions. Thanks to internal training and coaching, you can develop towards a specialisation in insurance, credit or investments.

What will you do?

• Assist customers with day-to-day banking matters: opening accounts, making payments, card requests, limit changes, ...
• Support customers with digital applications such as online banking and the banking app.
• Identify commercial opportunities and actively advise customers.
• Collaborate with colleagues for smooth case follow-up and aftercare.
• Develop yourself further in a niche of your choice: insurance, credit or investments.

Profile

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Both starters and experienced profiles welcome.
• In possession of (or willing to obtain) PCP certificates.
• Commercially minded, customer-oriented and communicatively strong.
• Proactive attitude and a hands-on mentality.

Our client is a local bank branch and independent broker with more than 25 years of experience in banking and insurance products. The team of about 14 employees is known for personalised service and professional support.
