Enterprise Insurance Advisor

Function

As a business insurance adviser, you manage an existing portfolio of commercial clients and translate their needs into appropriate insurance solutions.

• Management of a portfolio in non-life insurance, with a focus on BOAR, commercial liability and guaranteed income
• Analysis of risks and needs of businesses
• Follow-up of incoming requests and warm leads
• Client meetings at the office in Leuven and at the client's premises
• Proactive follow-up of existing clients and changing business needs
• Correct administrative and substantive file management
• Collaboration with a compact team of four colleagues within the business segment

Profile

• You have 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in commercial insurance
• Knowledge of non-life insurance is essential
• A PCP certificate and VVD recognition are required
• You have commercial awareness and spot opportunities with existing clients and warm leads
• You communicate clearly in Dutch; French and English are a plus
• You work accurately, take ownership and listen actively to the client

Organisation

You will join an independent insurance broker with multiple branches in the region, where you work with a compact team of four colleagues within the business segment. The focus is on existing clients in non-life insurance, with room for both reactive and proactive advice through office appointments and client visits. Within a professional yet accessible environment, you will have the opportunity to further develop your expertise, with guidance, training and opportunities for advancement.

Offer

• Gross monthly salary of approximately €3,000 to €4,000, depending on your experience
• Full-time working week of 37.5 hours with a stable schedule
