Insurance and Employee Benefits Adviser
Function
In the role of Insurance and Employee Benefits Adviser, you can expect the following responsibilities:
- You will be the point of contact for clients regarding group insurance, hospitalisation insurance, guaranteed income and related employee benefits solutions.
- drawing up and following up on quotations and policies.
- providing information, advice and support to customers regarding their insurance enquiries.
- maintaining contact with insurance companies and external partners.
- identifying opportunities and contributing ideas for optimal, tailor-made solutions.
Profile
For this role, we are looking for a candidate who identifies with the following:
- You have several years’ relevant experience in the insurance sector. Knowledge of employee benefits, group insurance or hospitalisation insurance is a strong asset.
- You communicate fluently and professionally, both verbally and in writing.
- You work meticulously, are well-organised and take responsibility for your cases.
- You are confident using MS Office and pick up new systems quickly.
