Accountant

Function

As an accountant, you take ownership of a wide range of financial tasks within an international context:

• Responsible for accounting from A to Y (or A to Z is also possible, depending on your experience)
• Processing and monitoring different entities within a group structure
• Participate in monthly and year-end closures
• Tax returns and follow-up (VAT, corporate tax, etc.)
• Close cooperation with the person in charge of the accounting department
• Critically analyse figures and processes
• Active contribution to optimisations within accounting
• Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders

Profile

You feel at home in a complex financial environment and enjoy taking responsibility:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent through experience
• First solid experience within accounting (preferably in an accounting firm or multi-entity environment)
• Strong knowledge of accounting and taxation
• Analytical and critical of figures
• Team player with a sense of initiative
• Eager to learn and willing to study further
• Good knowledge of Dutch and English (for internal communication)
• You work accurately, in a structured way and with ownership
• You remain calm under pressure and think solution-oriented
