Insurance relationship manager

Function

• Customers can come to you for first point of contact for all their questions about insurance;
• Based on a a thorough analysis of their needs and offer tailored advice for each situation;
• Together with the client, you will look for suitable insurance solutions and ensure that the matter is followed up properly;
• Maintaining existing customer relationships and the establishing new contacts are also part of your responsibilities;
• A accurate administrative processing and following up on cases are an important part of the role;
• You will also closely monitor insurance files and claims, with a focus on a smooth and customer-focused approach.
• In close cooperation with colleagues you will help to provide a high-quality and personalised service.
• With your commercial mindset and, through your commitment, you will also make an active contribution to the firm’s continued growth;

Profile

We are looking for someone who is customer-focused, reliable and a strong communicator.

In addition:

• Experience in the insurance, banking or financial services sectors, a must;
• Do you work accurate and organised;
• Can you work independently, but you also work well as part of a team;
• Do you have a flair for business and are you willing to take the initiative;
• Do you value personal contact with customers;
• Are you willing to continually expand your knowledge of insurance products;
