Planner-(ir.)Architect

As Planner-(ir.)Architect you are the driving force behind the preparation of our architectural projects. With your expertise, you ensure a flawless start to every construction project.

• Developing sketches and designs into detailed plans.
• Manage administrative processes and coordinate communication with stakeholders.
• Requesting tenders and compiling and following up tender dossiers.
• Working within a dynamic team to complete projects successfully and within set deadlines.

We are looking for a Planner-(ir.)Architect With:

• Minimum 3-5 years' experience in a similar role within architecture.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture.
• Excellent organisational and communication skills.
• In-depth knowledge of construction techniques and regulations.
• Experience with BIM software and architectural design tools.
• Excellent command of the Dutch and English languages.
