Site manager-(ir.) Architect

As a Site Manager - (ir.)Architect, you will act as an essential link between our design team and realisation on site. You will be responsible for the smooth execution of construction projects, overseeing quality, progress and costs. You will coordinate daily activities, communicate with all parties involved and ensure the successful completion of each project.

• Project coordination on site
• Quality and safety checks
• Communication with contractors and suppliers
• Problem solving and bottleneck management
• Documentation and progress reporting
• Budget monitoring and cost control
• Preparation and supervision of project delivery

We are looking for a driven Site Manager - (ir.)Architect to join our team with the following qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years' experience as a site manager or similar role
• Bacherlor/Master of construction, architecture, or similar
• Excellent organisational and communication skills
• Thorough knowledge of construction techniques and materials
• Experience with project management software is an advantage
• Fluent in Dutch and English; additional languages are a plus
• Proactive and solution-oriented attitude
• Stress resistance and team-playing ability
