The following are part of your duties as a green site manager: You are responsible for managing workers.

• You will monitor works and carry out checks on site.
• You schedule evaluation interviews with workers at regular intervals.
• You will be responsible for welcoming and monitoring new employees.
• Your duties will include the following administrative tasks: passing on work reports, monitoring damage cases, applying for permits, drawing up requisition statements, monitoring yields, planning personnel and materials, etc.
• You will also attend meetings, both internal and external (planning, figures, consultation with clients/public boards,...)

For the vacancy Site Manager Green, you will be working for one of the largest contractors in green and tidy maintenance.

You can work independently outside and always depart from the well-located depot in Wetteren or Meerhout. The construction sites are mainly located in Flanders and Brussels.

To perform well for the job site manager green we expect:

• You have a relevant bachelor's degree or can bring several years of experience in a similar position.
• In addition, you hold a driving licence B and are willing to obtain a C/CE driving licence.
• You have a very good knowledge of Dutch and can manage yourself in English. If you also speak a word of Polish, Bulgarian or Turkish, this is a fantastic plus.
• You are a strong team player, but can also work perfectly independently. Flexibility is an asset.
• You do not have a 9-to-5 mentality, can cope well with unexpected circumstances and love challenges. You will be given a lot of confidence and can plan and schedule your own day.
• Administration is a big part of your duties. You are punctual, follow up all work accurately and have strong arithmetic skills.
