As project manager, you work closely with the business manager, consult with the client and the architect. You take part in site meetings and carry out site inspections.

• You motivate and supervise your own workers and subcontractors at the site.
• You take charge of one or more projects, depending on experience and the degree of difficulty.

In addition to the tasks on the yard, some tasks from the office are also part of your job description:

• Placing orders with suppliers and subcontractors.
• Accurate follow-up up to invoicing.
• Keeping track of long and short term planning.
• Supervising profitability, quality and safety on the site.

As a project manager, you will be working for a company that specialises in renovation and restoration of roofing and cladding, specifically for public contracts.

For the position of project leader, you have a degree in higher or university education in architecture.

• You will independently follow up one or more construction sites, for which we are looking for someone who is immune to stress.
• You think problem-solving and can work well with figures.
• Since you will be working in a team of 4 project leaders, you can work in a team but also independently.
• You have a driving licence B.
