Site Manager

In collaboration with Project Managers and your responsible, the Principal Site Manager:

• Ensure the preparation, provisioning and operational monitoring of sites
• Ensure follow-up of costs and conformity of deliveries
• Optimise the team's work schedules
• Ensure good communication between partners (clients, architects, design firms, project owners)

By managing your team effectively and qualitatively:

• Ensure implementation of health, safety and environmental requirements
• Concretise customer requirements and quality procedures
• Make sure you meet deadlines

In collaboration with the Health, Safety & Environment, Quality, People and Maintenance departments:

• You are an information conduit for your teams, especially in terms of internal procedures
• You participate in the training and evaluation of your teams
• You are a promoter of the company's values, especially in terms of respect
• You maintain a high level of cleanliness and correct operation of equipment

• Minimum required education: Construction - Bachelor level or equivalent experience
• Professional experience: A first professional experience in a technical sector with team management is a plus
• Flexibility: work on the move and on a variable work schedule
• Languages: Fluent French and Dutch; English is a plus
• Skills: High organisational skills; safety, quality and results-oriented; excellent "people manager"; sense of initiative and responsibility
• Other: Ease of use of IT tools, driving licence B
