Site Manager

• You will be responsible for leading and coordinating construction projects on site.
• Safety is of paramount importance to you, and as a Site Manager, you will ensure that all rules and regulations are followed.
• You oversee the progress of the work.
• Drawings, specifications and other documentation hold no secrets for you, and you make sure everything is understood and executed correctly.
• Collaboration is the key to success, so you communicate smoothly with the project management team, subcontractors, suppliers and other stakeholders.
• If there are problems, bottlenecks or delays, you are the one who takes immediate action and resolves them.
• You will keep management informed of project progress through regular reports.

• You have a degree within construction or equivalent through experience.
• You have good knowledge of construction materials, methods and techniques.
• With your strong leadership and communication skills, you will inspire the team and bring the right vibe to the site.
• Organisational skills come naturally to you, and you keep a cool head in the face of challenges.
• You know building codes, safety regulations and quality standards like the back of your hand.
• You speak Dutch and French.
