• Receive, record and manage claims from policyholders.
• Assess the validity of claims and determine the extent of damages.
• Communicate with policyholders, brokers and other stakeholders to gather missing information and answer questions.
• Provide clear and friendly communication to policyholders and other stakeholders on the progress of their claim and expertise.
• Ensure a positive customer experience, even in challenging situations, by showing empathy and professionalism.
• Attend and follow up on site appraisals.

As a claims manager with expert attendance, you play a key role in handling claims and ensuring a fair and equitable claims settlement for policyholders. You will combine administrative tasks with attending and following up on site expert assessments to ensure comprehensive and accurate assessment of claims.

• You have initial experience in damages or are equal through a relevant degree.
• You have excellent communication skills.
• You show empathy and have the ability to act customer-focused, even in difficult situations.
• You are fluent in Dutch, both orally and in writing.
• You are in possession of a driving licence B so that you can travel to expertises.
