Ventilation project manager

Due to project growth, they are looking for additional project manager. In this role, you will take on the following responsibilities:

• Coordinate and supervise installers to ensure projects are completed on schedule. 
• Organising customer meetings on planning, budget and specific requirements regarding the ventilation project.
• Follow up on projects and participate in site meetings to oversee project progress and discuss any challenges.
• You will ensure that installations on various projects are completed on time and meet the required quality standards.
• Project preparation: requesting prices and ordering necessary materials. 
• Calculation: calculating costs for new projects, requesting and evaluating quotes.

This company is an installation company for ventilation systems with a focus on the residential market as well as schools, hospitals and government buildings. Their office is located in Malle, but projects are spread all over Belgium. In total, they have about 12 employees (blue-collar & white-collar). They are also part of a larger construction group.

Requirements for a Project Manager Ventilation position:

• You have a technical bachelor's degree (air conditioning, electromechanics...) or equivalent through experience.
• Experience in project management is a plus, but not required.
• You have strong technical insight and are able to think in a solution-oriented way. Taking initiative is in your nature and you communicate fluently.
• You are eager to learn and have the ambition to develop yourself into a fully-fledged and independent project manager.
