Offer

On your first working day, you will be assigned a mentor who will be happy to explain the ins and outs of Artes to you. We will also immediately immerse you in a tailor-made training programme ;

We have stipulated not only a winter break, but also a summer break as per the collective construction leave (32 days of holidays). Complemented by an attractive salary and company car.

Function

As tender engineer, you are responsible for gathering all relevant information to get started on a tender dossier. For this, you are in close contact with the external partners, the client and the design partners. You visit the future construction site and also call on the expertise of your colleagues at the right time.

Your expertise lies in buildings and you are therefore responsible for preparing and drafting these tender dossiers. You ensure a well-considered plan of approach that you link to the correct cost price. You make this on the basis of the specifications, returns from subsequent costing and information obtained from subcontractors and suppliers.

For each file, you help investigate the financial feasibility of the project and propose alternatives.

You are also responsible for preparing the final meeting to determine the sales price together with the Director of the Offering Department. You make an overview of, among other things, the composition of the cost price, checking the measurement sheets and the opportunities in the dossier. Your duties also include dossier transfer from the quotation department to the execution department.

Finally, you apply processes correctly and formulate optimisation proposals on the current operation and processes within your department. You are eager to keep your knowledge up to date and expand your expertise.

You will join a well-oiled machine where cooperation and consultation ensure that tight deadlines are met every time.
