Project Architect

Your role as Senior Project Architect will encompass a wide range of responsibilities and activities, including:

- Project management: You are in charge of the entire construction process, from conceptual phase to completion. You plan projects, set budgets, monitor progress and ensure project completion on time.

- Design leadership: You are involved in the conceptual design of the project and contribute to innovative and aesthetically pleasing design solutions. You ensure that the design meets the client's requirements while being functional and practical.

- Team coordination: You coordinate and motivate team members, ensuring smooth cooperation between different disciplines within the agency. You also share your expertise with colleagues's and encourage a culture of continuous professional growth within the team.

- Quality assurance: You ensure the quality of design and execution by complying with building regulations, safety standards and sustainability requirements. You perform regular checks to ensure that the project is progressing as planned and that quality standards are maintained.

- You are an enthusiastic team player and communications specialist.

- You have several years of relevant experience as a project architect.

- You have a master's degree in architecture or structural engineering.

- You have the ambition to further develop your role as a leading project (ir.) architect.

- You have a good command of the Dutch language.
