As a Technical Support Officer, you will be responsible for the following range of tasks:

  • You will first receive an intensive training period during which you will gain knowledge and understanding of the products and software.
  • You will provide technical product support both by phone and email to customers as well as field service colleagues's.
  • You will be the technical point of contact regarding aluminium joinery. In time, you will know everything about technology, hinges and locks, surface treatment,...
  • You make quotations and work preparation using calculation software.
  • You will be responsible for installing and updating calculation packages.
  • You ensure the optimisation of existing machine controls.
  • You will be part of the technical-commercial inside sales team.


Our client is active in the production and development of aluminium structures and joinery (windows, doors, curtain walls, veranda's,...). In Belgium, the head office is located with about 320 employees, counting their foreign branches, they have about 1800 employees.
Due to an internal shift, they are today looking for a technical support officer to join the team.


As a Technical Support Officer, you can largely tick off the following items:
