Technical service clerk

In this challenging role as technical clerk for the service department, you will be responsible for accurate costing of various damage, refurbishment and adaptation works. Collaboration with the project manager service or head of service is key here. Your daily tasks include requesting quotes from suppliers and/or subcontractors in order to make a thorough price calculation. You also take responsibility for the purchase of required materials and/or services.

- Preferably, you have completed an engineering degree or a bachelor's degree in construction.

- You possess strong technical and administrative skills and work with great accuracy.

- Experience is a plus, but school leavers with a technical background are also happy to be trained.

- You are a team player who can communicate fluently.
